Made From Scratch Angel Food Cake

ok, so this pic is from 2008, but someone just "Favorite"d it on my Flickr account which got me to thinking...I really should make another cake from scratch. And I gotta say that the home-made Angel Food Cake was pretty dang tasty! (And yes, I've made it from scratch more than once & shared said cakes on multiple occasions - so those of you who have tried it in the past, feel free to chime in on your opinion ;-).
Hmm...if I make this again anytime soon, who wants to help me eat it? :)
